pleasant beach hotel.

very pretty and on the beach. slightly further south away from some of the overdevelopment of pataya. great pool.

it was slightly more difficult than it should have been to get food or drinks. There weren’t many people staying at the hotel so, have to wait a long time for food was silly. They have a nice little deck at the beach where you can eat, but the kitchen isn’t there, so it takes a long time to send the order to the kitchen , then cook the food, then haul it back out to the beach. same for drinks. they should also just put the fees in the room without lots of tedious bill checking and such. when I go to a place like this and order a beer on the beach… just give me the beer. Don’t fill out a form, ask for the room number again, and the bring the smallest bottle of Chang beer you can find. it felt cheap and tedious. like a lame attempt and over changing me. I would have bought more food and drink if it hadn’t been so overpriced and slow.

Disappointing

The pool area was amazing. Access to beach as well. Spacious room with lovely balcony

Room absolutely smells ! Something between sewage and an old church! AC was super loud. Couldn't sleep in the room at all. Main issue was smell. Not many of staff speak basic English. I am talking water, beer kinda words. Overall I wish I booked elsewhere. Also, bathrobe super small sized.

The location is away from the busy city centre of Pattaya.

Hotel looked run down and not taken care of. Dirty carpets, dried out trees, no food at the breakfast buffet, spelled our names wrong in the reservation, beach restaurant is way smaller than promised.

Place internationally trained staff its a gem. Now........a lump of rock.

Our fourth visit, despite the same issues every visit we go there as great location, great pool and good gym. Despite all its faults its a nice resort.

Check in Room wasnt ready, mini bar water and coffee not delivered. Room smelt of urine, requested extra bed not prepared. Once i addressed all fixed which is fair, i only mention as the resort has some serious issues.Quite often saw three cleaners sat chatting in rooms when supposed to be cleaning. Staff, whilst friendly as per usual completely untrained and language skills extremely weak. No point in having 4 staff in reception if they all have no idea how to handle it. Many errors Food. Orders forgotten. Part orders coming 15 minutes after finished eating. One night no pineapple, no water melon, no coconut. Ok i guess can happen. Next morning breakfast, selection of fruits =papaya. Why can a resort of this size not send one member of staff to the shop in the morning to get some fruit? Fruit arrived noon next day. Ask for cocktail and spend 15 minutes laughing as staff work out 1 what it is. 2 which bottle is tequila and which is white rum(as can not read english ). Waiting for check=10 to 15 minutes or brought to your room after 30. Check out. Write an explanation as to where is the missing teaspoon(see minbar not set up) Not joking . I had to write a note explaining why the teaspoon gone, but didnt have to explain the extra knife from restaurant. Later cleaners admitted they had not put in room.I enjoyed this bit no point being angry. Believe it or not this is a great resort, it just needs leaders, we still go there as we love everything else and laugh about the Fawlty towers aspect of things. Dear owner, imagine how much more busy you would be if you sorted out service, we ate out a lot, we never bothered using your spa this time as we couldnt be bothered looking for the staff. You lost 1500 to 3000 baht in sales a day just from us. And this time we as a family have decided that if you cant improve after four years and our 8 year old(whose Thai) is laughing at your staff its time to look for another option despite the wonderful facilities.

Not Value for money...

Staff is very cooperative and helpful. Hotel is very quietly located.

Stingy resort..charging for little things like broken glass considering the 5 star name tag resort has. Beach quality, as usual, is bad but the hotel is not to be blamed for that. There was only Skeleton staffing and Breakfast Buffet was extremely limited and exact same for entire 3 days....

Not recommend, not good value for money.

The lobby was very dim and quiet. Not many staffs are there. The staffs at concierge were friendly though. Housekeeping was not answering phone. The check out was slow despite no guest, the lady mentioned that she was waiting for housekeeping to check the mini bar. In fact, there was nothing at the mini bar from the beginning. The hotel was not up to 4-5 stars and not value for money. The beds and pillows are not comfortable, would not recommend for family with kids.
